Our fitness center has everything you need to get in shape.

Walking Track

Walking is great exercise and it’s easy on your joints. Stay active on our walking track which is available to all members and guests located indoors on the second floor, above our gymnasium. To walk/jog a mile on the track, you will have to complete twelve full laps. Keep in mind, we rotate the walking/jogging directions daily. You can find the directions posted on the track. Twelve laps around the track equals 1 mile.


Our Gymnasium consists of 2 High School length Basketball/Volleyball courts and is equipped with two wireless digital scoreboards. The Gymnasium also has a partition which can be lowered to divide the 2 courts.
