What is small group training at Five Points?

A certified Personal Trainer works with a group rather than one on one. Enjoy the one on one attention, the motivation, and expertise a trainer delivers while enjoying the camaraderie with fellow members or friends at a slightly lower rate than one on one personal training.

BOXING BOOTCAMP with Josh Stevens

MEMBER PRICING: $95 for 6 weeks (Up to 4 sessions per wk)
NON-MEMBER PRICING: $145 for 6 weeks (Up to 4 sessions per wk)

1-on-1 BASKETBALL SKILLS TRAINING with Tyler Lundeen

MEMBER PRICING: $131 for 5 sessions or $233 for 10 sessions
NON-MEMBER PRICING: $150 for 5 sessions or $263 for 10 sessions

SPECIAL FITNESS FLOOR USAGE FOR KIDS THAT ARE PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENTS

If your child is 9-11 years old and has signed up for personal training and has completed 6 personal training sessions, they will be allowed to use the fitness floor on their own. Qualified youth clients will receive a special wrist band at the front desk before using the fitness floor.
