Coaching

Do you need a personal cheerleader, drill sergeant or motivational coach? Choose a coaching style that fits you to get the most out of your training time.

Accountability

Daily, weekly and monthly, your goals keep you accountable and give you milestones to work toward. We’ll use them to both define your training approach and track your progress.

  • All sessions are 30 minutes long.
  • Training levels are based on goals set for the trainers by the fitness manager.
  • The difference in training levels does not relate to expertise of the trainer, or intensity of the training.

SPECIAL FITNESS FLOOR USAGE FOR KIDS THAT ARE PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENTS

Children between the ages 9-11 will be allowed to use the fitness floor on their own if they are a personal training client and have completed 6 personal training sessions.

Your child will need to get a special wrist band from the front desk before using the fitness floor.
