1-on-1 Basketball Training With Caleb Liegey

Meeting 1-on-1 with our Basketball Trainer Caleb Liegey is open to anyone looking to improve their basketball skills.

You and Caleb will establish which skills you need the most work on. Then he will craft drills and exercises to help you improve in those skills.

About Caleb:

Caleb Liegey is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is pursuing a secondary career of Athletic Training & Personal Training after being an Engineer for 5+ years. Caleb loves being active with his wife and daughter. Some of the hobbies he enjoys includes running, powerlifting, basketball, slow pitch softball and disc golf.

Caleb has played basketball his whole life. He has coached at the 10-18 year-old age level for 3 years and hosted developmental clinics for young athletes looking to improve their basketball skills. Caleb’s focus is building a base of fundamentals as well as enjoying playing alongside the athletes he is coaching. His goals are to help each client improve in their abilities to “stop, secure, score and have self-control”.

In Caleb’s basketball training sessions, clients will work on proper shooting mechanics, footwork, dribbling, passing, defense, receiving a pass, offensive/defensive rebounding, shooting with proper footwork, pick and rolls, pick and pops, posting up, coming off a pick (curl and flare) and fast breaks.
