Washington Survivor 2025

Travel around Five Points and Washington to earn miles during this fun 4-week fitness challenge!

 

The goal of this program is to cover 200 miles in 4-weeks! Combining different modalities such as Aquatic Classes and Group Fitness Classes to achieve 200 miles. Meet new people and hold your partner accountable during the competition. The total mileage is broken down into a weekly basis.

 

Teams will get miles for Group Fitness Classes (land and aquatic), extra challenges around town, or from instructors/trainers.

 

Rules:

  • 2 extra miles for any weekly challenges that you do around town
  • Land & water group class competition
  • All exercise must be approved by Leslie
  • There will be a weekly log that you are required to fill out with your miles
  • Instructors/trainers can throw challenges at any time for 2 extra miles
  • You must complete the ENTIRE class in order to get your miles (staying for relaxation in BodyBalance counts as the ENTIRE class)
  • Pick a team name
  • HAVE FUN!!
  • FUN competition on Friday, March 14 with a prize for winners

 

How to Score Miles: 

  • Personal Training 30 min: 5 miles
  • Boxing Bootcamp: 5 miles
  • TRX MAX: 4 miles
  • Aquatics Classes: 3 miles
  • Senior Classes: 3 miles
  • Virtual Classes: equivalent to the miles listed below – only one per day

MAX. 3 GROUP FITNESS CLASSES PER DAY

  • BodyAttack: 4 miles
  • BodyStep: 4 miles
  • BodyCombat: 4 miles
  • FP Fusion: 4 miles
  • RPM: 4 miles
  • GRIT: 4 miles
  • SPRINT: 4 miles
  • SHAPES: 4 miles
  • BodyPump: 4 miles
  • Strength Development: 4 miles
  • Zumba: 4 miles
  • CORE: 3 miles
  • Body Balance: 3 miles
  • PILATES: 3 miles
  • Heart & Soul: 3 miles

WEEK 1 | Sunday, Feb. 16 – Saturday, Feb. 22 | 40 Miles

WEEK 2 | Sunday, Feb. 23 – Saturday, March 1 | 55 Miles

WEEK 3 | Sunday, March 2 – Saturday, March 8 | 60 Miles

WEEK 4 | Sunday, March 9 – Friday, March 14 | 45 Miles
