Boxing Bootcamp – September 2025

Get ready for six-weeks of 30-minute Boxing Bootcamp Group Training! The next session starts on Monday, September 8!
Head Personal Trainer, Josh Stevens, keeps this class fresh and challenging by changing up the exercises with partner drills, the use of weights, battle ropes, boxing and more. Let him show you how to get the most out of 30-minutes! This class can be tailored for any age and fitness level. *There is no sparring in this class, we will use the boxing bags and boxing mitts.

Boxing Bootcamp Training Times:
Monday 4:30 p.m. & 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday 5:30 a.m. & 9:15 a.m.
Wednesday 4:30 p.m. & 5:30 p.m.
Thursday 5:30 a.m. & 9:15 a.m.
Saturday 7:30 a.m. & 9:15 a.m.
You can come to as many sessions as you would like during these six-weeks.

$115 for members
$165 for non-members.

Meet Boxing Bootcamp Instructor and Head Personal Trainer, Josh Stevens:Â

“I have obtained my certification in Personal Training from Illinois Central College, and I am a former International Sports Science Association ISSA (ISSA) certified Personal Trainer.
I have been in the personal training industry now for nine years and held the Head Personal Trainer position at Five Points Washington for the past five years.
I love to work with the 55+ age group to improve bone health, strength and overall mobility as well as quality of life. I have worked with just about any age group and any fitness level.
I created this Boxing Bootcamp program in 2017 and I am currently teaching 10+ Boxing classes a week. I have a back ground in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and was inspired to start Boxing Bootcamp from my experience.”
