What is Swim Training?
Swim Training is great option for anyone looking further their swimming skills and for those who have taken swim lessons and feel like they are ready for the next step. Swim Training can be done during the swim season and/or during the off season.
Swim Training is perfect for:
- stroke development
- swim team preparation
- improving swim times
- improve endurance
- improve competitive swimming skills
We require anyone interested in swim training to attend a complimentary pre-req swim test to swim 25 yards unassisted.
If you are unable to swim 25 yards, swim lessons would be the perfect spot for you. You can find detailed information about swim lessons at Five Points by visiting the Swim Lesson webpage.
Swim Training Details:
Swim Training sessions are 30 minutes long.
We currently offer private swim training sessions that are 1-on-1, with you and an instructor, and semi-private training sessions which can have up to 3 participants to 1 instructor. Semi-private swim training is great if you want to train with a friend, teammate or family member.
Swim Training sessions can take place any day/time and are generally done in the competition pool.

Pricing and Packages
Swim Training packages are available in singles, packages of 4 or packages of 8.
Prices listed are per participant.
Semi-Private Swim Training requires at least 2 participants.
Five Points does not pair participants up for a semi-private swim training.
