Youth Functional Strength Training -March 2026

Join personal trainer Will Christian as he teaches kids/teens proper fundamentals for strength training. This is a great way for your kids/teens to learn about proper form as they enter sports and start weight training.

This three-week session starts on Tuesday March 3 and runs through March 19

3:30-4 p.m.
