Youth Functional Strength Training – April

Youth lifting weights for strength training.

 

Join Personal Trainer Will Christian as he teaches your kids/teens proper fundamentals for Strength Training. This is a great way for your kids/teens to learn about proper form as they enter sports and start weight training.

 

This 3-week session starts on Monday, April 14.

Classes are on Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:30-6 p.m. Class takes place in the Upstairs Theater Hallway.

Ages 8-16

*Maximum 10 participants

$85 for Members

$105 for Non-Members
