TRX MAX – September 2025

TRX MAX is our premium circuit training class which focuses on high intensity training through the use of TRX Suspension trainers, kettlebells and bodyweight movements. Movements will focus on different motions like pushing, squatting, pulling and planking!

 

 

This class runs for six-weeks starting on Tuesday, September 9.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-6 p.m.
Saturdays 10:15–10:45 a.m.

You can come to as many sessions as you would like during these six-weeks.

Fee:

$80 members

$100 non-members

Meet TRX Instructor and Personal Trainer, Will Christian:

“I’ve been a Personal Trainer at Five Points for a few years. I love weight training, running and just being overall active!

I’ve worked with many clients, of all ages, who all have all had different starting points and goals that they want to accomplish! My goal is to help you find ways to love exercise and being active!”
