TRX MAX – October 2025

TRX MAX is our premium class which focuses on high intensity training through the use of TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells and bodyweight movements. Movements will focus on different motions like pushing, squatting, pulling and planking!

This class runs for six-weeks starting on Tuesday, October 28.
Tuesdays/Thursdays 5:30-6 p.m.
Saturdays 10:15–10:45 a.m.
You can come to as many sessions as you would like during these six-weeks.
Fee: $90 members / $110 non-members
