TRX MAX is our premium class which focuses on high intensity training through the use of TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells and bodyweight movements. Movements will focus on different motions like pushing, squatting, pulling and planking!
This class runs for 6 weeks starting on Tuesday, February 25.
TUES/THURS 5:30 – 6:00PM
SATURDAY 10:15–10:45AM
You can come to as many sessions as you would like during this 6 week class.
Fee: $80 members / $100 non-members
