Memorial Day Workout – Murph

Join Josh Stevens on Saturday, May 25 for our annual Murph workout. We will get started at 0700 and this is open to both members as well as non-members. The Murph is a test of physical and mental endurance that honors the sacrifice and service of the fallen Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy. We hope you will join us this year in the personal training studio.
