Join us for a soothing and fun series designed to bring comfort and strength back to your body, from the ground up! In this class, we’ll explore the gentle techniques for your feet, hands, and face that help ease pain, reduce stiffness, and improve circulation. Plus, we’ll add in some easy foot exercises to build strength and balance, helping you move with more confidence. Whether you’re looking to relax, improve mobility, or just enjoy some self-care, this class is the perfect fit!

 

Class Schedule and Details

Classes are held on the 2nd Monday of the month from 1-2PM in Event Room A: March 10, April 14, May 12, & June 9.

 

March 10

Hydrate Your Feet

The MELT Method foot treatment for less pain and better circulation. Join us for a fun, 60-minute class to learn the MELT Method Foot Treatment to help with balance & stability, eliminate foot and ankle pain, and support overall body alignment. We will finish out the class with foot mobility exercises to help you walk better and improve balance.

 

April 14

Strengthen Your Feet

Improve your balance and walking. Join us for a fun class with Joyce to explore a variety of foot exercises you can do to improve your balance, walk more easily, and keep confident on your feet.

 

May 12

Hydrate Your Hands

The MELT Method hand treatment for less pain and more hand dexterity. Join us for a fun class with Joyce to learn the MELT Method hand treatment to eliminate pain & stiffness in your hands, improve your grip and hand strength, and support healthy arm/neck movement!  We will finish out the class with foot mobility exercises to help you walk better and improve balance.

 

June 9

Hydrate Your Face & Neck

The MELT Method face treatment to eliminate stress & tension in the neck & shoulders. Join us for a fun, 60-minute class to learn the MELT Method face treatment to help with neck & shoulder pain, ease headaches & jaw pain, and support healthy sinuses. We will finish out the class with foot mobility exercises to help you walk better and improve balance.

You can register for all 4 classes, or you can drop-in to a few classes.

All 4 Classes: Member $44, Non-member $60

Drop-in Class: Member $15, Non-Member $20

Meet Joyce Day

Joyce Day, CPT is an Alignment Coach and Level 3 MELT Method Instructor focused on helping people move easier, eliminate pain & stiffness, and feel more confident in their bodies. She has been teaching the MELT Method & other techniques since 2021 in the Peoria Area where she lives with her family.
