Session 1 | June 3–19
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30–9 a.m.
Session 2 | June 2–18
Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30–6 p.m.
Session 3 | July 14–30
Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30–6 p.m.
Your kids will join Personal Trainer Will Christian for this three-week class where they will explore the basics of lifting and proper techniques. This class is ideal for athletes seeking a head start in a variety of lifts and movements encountered in high school sports.
Location: Upstairs theater hallway
Ages: 8-16
Prices: $85 members, $105 non-members
