Les Mills BodyPump

This is a scientifically-backed barbell workout using light to moderate weights and high reps to build strength and get you fit – fast.

Using a Les Mills Smartbar and Smartstep, you’ll work all your major muscles as you increase aerobic fitness and build strength. The encouragement, motivation, and great music you get in a BodyPump class will leave you feeling energized, confident and powerful, while getting you fitter, faster.

Challenge yourself with workouts designed to target every muscle in your body, no matter what level you are.

Meet Group Fitness Instructor Ashley Page

“I’ve been instructing Les Mills group fitness classes at Five Points for nine-years. I absolutely love this job and helping others find their love for fitness, so they can see what they are capable of. Currently I teach BodyPump, BodyCombat, Strength Development and I am a substitute for GRIT. Weights and strength training are currently my favorite way to train, but I love a good dose of cardio as well.

I love spending time with my family: my husband, Benjamin, my son, Wilken, and our dog, Maizey. I’m still getting used to being a mom; we adopted Wilken in May of 2024 from Haiti. It has been a crazy and wonderful adjustment. We enjoy playing video games together, going out to eat and watching Wilken play sports. He has shown some interest in weight lifting which makes my heart happy.

My interests are working out-obviously, cooking, coffee, corgis, music, athletic shoes, naps and being outside. I also work full-time as a middle school Special Ed teacher and have been doing that for 16-years.”
