Youth Functional Strength Training

Youth lifting weights for strength training.

Join Personal Trainer Will Christian as he teaches proper fundamentals for Strength Training. This is a great way for your kids/teens to learn about proper form as they enter sports and start weight training.

 

This 3-week session starts on November 4.

Classes are on Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:30-6PM

Ages 8 – 16

$85 for Members

$105 for Non-Members
