Five Points Speaker Series – Fun and Easy Workout with Marti Teubel & MELT Workshop with Joyce Day

We will kick off our August Speaker Series with something fun from Group Fitness Instructor Marti Teubel. Then stick around to hear about the MELT Mini-Foot Treatment. The first 30 attendees will be given a special gift to help them begin their journey.
Improve Your Balance & Relieve Foot Pain with the MELT Mini-Foot Treatment. Join Joyce Day of Practice Simple Wellness to learn a quick and easy foot treatment that alleviates pain & stiffness in the foot, improves circulation and balance, and can help improve overall foot functioning. The technique takes only 2-3 minutes to do! Materials will be provided along with a printed guide and reminder video so you can continue to practice the technique at home.
MELT is a simple self-treatment technique anyone can practice at home to:

- Improve balance & stability
- Get more out of their fitness efforts

- Is MELT a fitness program?
- MELT helps to relieve pain/stiffness in the body and Improve balance & stability. While you will gain greater strength and stability from our classes, it is not meant to replace other fitness activities.
- Do I have to buy anything?
- No. Our classes are similar to yoga or pilates classes. The balls, rollers, and mats are provided for your use in each session. Should you want to continue your MELT practice at home, supplies are available for purchase but not necessary.
