Youth Functional Strength Training

Join Personal Trainer, Will Christian, for this 3-week class and explore the basics of lifting and proper techniques. This class is perfect for athletes who are wanting a head start on a variety of lifts and movements they will encounter in high school sports. This class is open to ages 8-16.
Tuesdays and Thursdays | June 11-June 27 | 8:30-9AM
$85 per participant
