You’ll learn how to create habits and routines that work with your body and lifestyle—so healthy choices feel natural, not forced. Each week introduces a new tool to help you connect your daily actions to your bigger goals; from shaping your identity and setting up systems for success, to planning your week, fueling your body intentionally and creating accountability that keeps you consistent long after the course ends.
