Build Your Balance & Stability with the MELT Method

Six-Week Series to Help You Feel Steady, Strong, and Supported from the Ground Up

 

Ready to stop feeling wobbly, stiff or unsure on your feet? This six-week class series is designed to help you improve balance, build stability and move with more confidence—no matter your age or fitness level.

 

Using the gentle, science-backed techniques of the MELT Method, you’ll learn how to:

  • Reconnect to your feet and strengthen your foundation
  • Release stuck stress and rehydrate your fascia
  • Improve core stability and body alignment
  • Feel steadier and more grounded in everyday life

 

Each class builds on the last, so you’ll leave the series with a strong understanding of how your body works—and what you can do to keep it working well. As a bonus, you will have one video each week to use between classes to keep your practice going.

 

*This class includes a small MELT ball we will use to wake up your feet. You will receive a ball with a matching pouch for personal use during and between sessions.

 

Optional Materials: MELT Soft Roller, MELT Method Book, Elastic Band (you can purchase these if you’d like to have your own to use at home between classes). We will provide a handout with links to purchase these materials in the first class.

Meet Joyce Day:

Joyce Day, CPT is an Alignment Coach, Level 3 MELT Method Instructor and licensed Massage Therapist. She is focused on helping people move easier, eliminate pain and stiffness on top of feeling more confident in their bodies. She has been teaching the MELT Method and other techniques since 2021 in the Peoria Area, where she lives with her family.
