TRX MAX – April 2025

TRX training begins April 15 advertisement.

 

TRX MAX is our premium class which focuses on high intensity training through the use of TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells and bodyweight movements. Movements will focus on different motions like pushing, squatting, pulling and planking!

 

This class runs for 6-weeks starting on Tuesday, April 15.
TUES/THURS 5:30-6 p.m.
SATURDAY 10:15–10:45 a.m.

You can come to as many sessions as you would like during these 6-weeks.

 

Fee: $80 members / $100 non-members
