Hydrate Your Joints: Support & Protect Your Hands and Feet

Stiff fingers? Achy feet? This four-part class series is designed to help you bring hydration, mobility and strength back into your hands and feet using simple, powerful techniques.

In each session, we’ll explore techniques to wake up your hands and feet, improve mobility, balance, grip strength and more.

Whether you’re dealing with arthritis, foot pain or just want to keep your joints feeling young, this class is for you. Come move, hydrate and feel better from the bottom up!

Recommended Materials: MELT Large Soft Ball (you can use one of ours in class, but we recommend purchasing one for yourself after class). We will provide a handout with links to purchase these materials in the first class.

Tight grip? Sore wrists? Overworked forearms? This quick recovery session is perfect for anyone lifting weights, gripping equipment or spending time at a desk. You’ll learn the MELT Mini Hand Treatment and Forearm Rinse—simple techniques to: Improve grip strength, Ease tension in hands, wrists, and forearms, Support joint recovery and mobility Leave feeling more freedom in your hands & forearms and increased grip strength so you can be ready for your next workout.

You can register for all 4 classes, or you can drop-in to a few classes.

All 4 Classes: Member $44, Non-member $60

Drop-in Class: Member $15, Non-Member $20

Meet Joyce Day

Joyce Day, CPT is an Alignment Coach, Level 3 MELT Method Instructor and licensed Massage Therapist. She is focused on helping people move easier, eliminate pain and stiffness on top of feeling more confident in their bodies. She has been teaching the MELT Method and other techniques since 2021 in the Peoria Area, where she lives with her family.
