In Session 2, we will build upon our discipline habit foundation. I model how to craft a tailored system that enables you to strike a balance between meeting fundamental needs and pursuing aspirations. Through structured planning and strategic habit formation, you will learn how to optimize your time, energy, and resources to achieve your goals effectively. This course will specifically teach you how to weekly plan for success, set up routines to run your life with ease, and hold yourself accountable.

“Mastering Behavior Change” is an invaluable course suitable for a wide range of individuals, including professionals, students, athletes, coaches, teachers, parents, and anyone striving to achieve a goal or make a significant life change.
