
Basketball Development Session
April 12 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Five Points Basketball Trainers Caleb Liegey and Spencer Summer are back to help your basketball player work on some of those important basketball skills. For this session, we have two age groups: 4th – 6th graders and Kindergarten – 3rd graders.
Participants will work on shooting, dribbling, footwork, passing and defense. They will have NEW take-home drills to practice, they will meet other players as well as meet our Five Points Basketball Trainers: Caleb and Spencer.

Meet our Basketball Trainers
Caleb Liegey
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I’m pursuing a secondary career of Personal Training & Athletic Training after being an Engineer for 5-years.
I love pushing myself physically through lifting, running, and sports. I have achieved a 1300lb powerlifting total, ran a half marathon, and enjoy being active with my wife & kids.
I offer strength & conditioning training for all ages and basketball training for ages 10-18. My goal is to help support clients in improving themselves for a healthy and balanced life style. I also want to challenge clients in achieving goals whether it is rebuilding strength & confidence after an injury, hitting new powerlifting PRs, or improving basketball fundamentals.
Spencer Summer
I’m a certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association(ISSA). I’ve been working out for about 5-years and have been in various sports like basketball, football and wrestling. I wrestled in high school for 3-years and then I took my senior year to really focus on fitness and wellness. I am currently in school at Illinois Central College to get my Associates degree in Exercise Science.
I love all types of lifting, whether it is bodybuilding, powerlifting, athletics or training for a certain sport. I’ve done them all through my years of lifting. My goals are to help you become a better person, enjoy working out and enjoy healthy eating in your daily lives.
