Meet our Five Points BodyPump Instructors

Leslie Anderson

I have been an instructor at Five Points since May 2009. BodyPump was the third program I got certified in years ago, and I am currently teaching 5 other programs along with BodyPump. Last January, I became the Group Fitness Coordinator here at Five Points.

I love everything about Group Fitness and leading classes. BodyPump makes me stronger, but I also love to see members reaching their goals and lifting more weight. BodyPump is for all ages and so good for your body. Nothing gives me more joy than to see people in class having fun and getting stronger!

Beth Miars

I became a LesMills Group Fitness Instructor in 2021, however, I have been participating in Group Fitness at Five Points Washington since 2012. I was certified in BodyPump in June 2022.

I love BodyPump because it’s a program that anyone can step into and be successful. Young, old, new, or long-time member, it has something to offer everyone, at every level. Seeing members become stronger and improve their fitness has been something exciting to see!

Hadley McClallen

I got certified to teach BodyPump this year (2025) and absolutely love it! I had been taking classes for about a year before I decided to get certified. Fitness is one of my biggest passions, it makes me feel great physically and mentally. Teaching brings me so much joy because I love helping others feel great as they complete their workouts. I am a sophomore in college, so BodyPump is a great way to relieve stress and give me energy for whatever the day brings.

Heather Reynolds

I became a group fitness instructor in October 2020, and I received my certification for BodyPump in March of 2021.

I love BodyPump because it makes me feel stronger every day. I think group fitness is wonderful because you’re with a group of people that all have the same goals and everyone roots for each other. Getting the chance to teach so many people and being a part of their fitness life is the best part of my job!

Chelsie Grove

I have been instructing group fitness for 9 years.  I currently teach BodyPump, BodyStep, CORE, BodyBalance, Pilates and Strength Development. Fitness and movement is my passion.  I love creating a fun and safe environment that allows my participants to be active and social.  I love to lead through strength, confidence, and compassion.  I take great pride uplifting others and strive to build a community of health and happiness.
