About Nick Sizemore:
Nick Sizemore takes a traditional approach to country music. Growing up in rural Central Illinois, Nick was exposed to the golden age recordings most country fans hold dear. He credits his ability to sing and play guitar to his time in church as a younger man. At the age of 18, He enlisted as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps, A place he claims set him on the path to be a songwriter. “We had this older guy from Texas, who played guitar and sang when we were off work drinking, and I had grown up listening to folks like Waylon Jennings and Buck Owens, but that was my first real taste of Texas music”. After that, Nick began to write his own songs in his off time, or in moments when there wasn’t much to do but “hurry up and wait”.
