What we're doing to help keep you safe

The safety of our members and team members is what’s most important. Five Points will continue to adapt and to create a way for our community to live a healthy lifestyle. In accordance with the governmental orders and guidelines, Five Points has implemented extra precautions to help our members and staff stay safe and healthy. We have extensive cleaning protocols and have implemented social distancing throughout the facility.

Cleaning Protocols

We continue to follow strict sanitation and cleaning protocols for proper disinfection. We have also added additional procedures to achieve a new level of cleanliness. The products we use to clean, disinfect and sanitize are commercial grade and have a quick kill time against bacteria and viruses. They also meet the EPA’s criteria to specifically kill COVID-19.

Class Sizes

While it's currently not required, we highly recommend reservations for group fitness classes. This can easily be done through the Five Points app or through your iClub account. The group fitness schedules have been adjusted to be consistent with mandated guidelines and to allow for cleaning between classes.

Increased Kids Spaces

To help our youngest members practice social distancing, class sizes have been adjusted to follow mandated guidelines and we have dedicated new areas of the facility to the Kids Clubhouse.

Community Safety

Consistent with the new government mandates, team members and members are required to wear masks when moving throughout the facility. Team members also undergo temperature checks prior to each shift. We have also installed shields at the front desk and have added measures to help ensure proper social spacing.
