Program Options and Pricing
You design your own meal plan based on your preferences, desired eating style and needs. You will have access to over 4000 different meal plans that includes everything from gluten free, vegan, dairy free, macro %’s, teen friendly and so much more! You can track your progress and our program also provides a list of substitution foods if needed.
I will do the work for you. We will work together to set goals and decide what type of meal plan works best for you. I will design the plan and share it with you. We will keep in touch via email and can change your goals as you accomplish them. You will also be able to track and see your progress within our program.
This program includes everything in the self-guided and personalized plans, plus weekly fitness challenges, 2- 30 minute video chats (or in-person) and contact via email/text as needed to help you be successful. You can start with this plan to help kick start your journey and drop to lower plans as you feel more confident with your health journey.
