DESCRIPTION:Did you know that where you feel recurring pain or stiffness is not usually where the problem is? That’s why we can waste so much time and money trying to get rid of pain\, but it just keeps coming back. Join us for a six-week series exploring where your low back or hip pain is coming from\, and introducing gentle techniques to create lasting change. This is how the biggest shifts can be made. Join this series for a weekly MELT Method class along with a recording to use between classes so you can continue your practice at home. \n  \nThis class includes a small MELT ball we will use to wake up your feet. You will receive a ball with a matching pouch for personal use during and between sessions.  \n  \nOptional Materials: MELT Soft Roller\, MELT Method Book\, Elastic Band (you can purchase these if you’d like to have your own to use at home between classes). SUMMARY:Co-Ed Young Adult Leagues – February Volleyball
DESCRIPTION:Back again for year two\, we are hoping to see many returning faces as well as some new ones for our Co-Ed Young Adult Leagues! Throughout the winter\, we will offer four recreational leagues\, on Friday evenings\, to get you and your friends up and active. These leagues are open to anyone 18-years and older. These co-ed leagues are a great way to meet some new friends and stay active during the winter. \n  \nVolleyball League \nFebruary 6-27 \nFridays from 5:30-7:30 p.m. (*NEW TIME*) \nFour weeks of play \n  \nRegistration \nRegister teams of 6-10 players \n*Team Captain must email Megan Summer their team roster list once the team has registered and paid. If you are a single player\, or a team that doesn’t have at least six players\, no problem. Parents will drop their children off and then will wait in the lobby or workout. Bathrooms are right next to this space as well.  Please have your child dressed in moveable clothing! We prefer no shoes\, but it’s fine if your child wants to wear tennis shoes that won’t fall off. \n  \nIntroduce your child to the the basics of tumbling with Greta Hudson! Greta is a former competitive gymnast and after completing her degree in Kinesiology and Health Science\, she is excited to get back into teaching tumbling. In this class\, your child will learn new tumbling skills and work on improving the tumbling skills they already have. This class will not only be about tumbling\, but building up strength. I coached recreational gymnastics classes for four years in high school and I am excited to jump back in!
