DESCRIPTION:Come and learn how to play Pickleball with Joyce Hughes. Pickleball is a lively racket game for all ages and abilities. Pickleball was created with one thing in mind\, FUN! It was designed to be easy to learn and play whether you’re five\, eighty-five or somewhere in between. We offer both a beginner and intermediate class. Each four week class will teach proper grip\, how to keep score\, rules of the game\, stroke\, serve and etiquette.  \n  \nAdult Intermediate Class requires knowledge of the game\, keeping score and different strokes. This class will work on strategy and court position. Drills and match play will also be introduced. \n  \n*Wear your workout clothes and court shoes. DESCRIPTION:Registration opens November 1! \n  \nCome learn the basics of tumbling with Greta Hudson! Greta is a former competitive gymnast and after completing her degree in Kinesiology and Health Science\, she is excited to get back into teaching tumbling. \n  \nIn this class\, your child will learn new tumbling skills and work on improving the tumbling skills they already have. This class will not only be about tumbling\, but building up strength. Whether your child has never tumbled before or has some skills\, they will learn something new. \n  \nThis class runs January 23rd\, 30th\, February 6th\, 20th\, 27th (no class February 13th) for a total of 5-weeks. \n  \nGroups: \nAges 3-5 | 6:00-6:30 PM \nAges 6-9 | 6:45-7:30 PM \nMaximum of 15 students per group\, minimum of 7. \n  \nThe class will be held in our upstairs theater hallway! Parents will drop their children off and then we ask that you wait in the lobby or workout so your child can get the most out of this class. Our goal\, during this instructional session\, is to give girls the confidence and tools to know how to workout in the gym. We are lucky to have 4 female Personal Trainers on staff\, who will run this session\, and we want to show the younger generation of girls how to be active and strong. \n  \nHealth and Nutrition Coach Kelsea Sollberger will also be there to answer any questions that the girls might have. There will also be special appearances from Rudolph\, Santa and Mrs. Claus\, with photo opportunities available during intermission. \n  \nA cake reception will follow the Friday and Saturday evening performances. \n  \nGet into the Yuletide spirit with beautiful music from classical carols and secular holiday favorites! DESCRIPTION:Join us on December 14 for our 3rd  annual Dodgeball Tournament benefitting Toys for Tots.  The Tournament will start at 12:00PM and take place in the Five Points Washington gymnasium. \n  \nTeams of 8 players can register for the Tournament; all players must be 18+. Team entries need to be submitted by 5PM on December 13 (the day before the tournament). Registration for the tournament is one toy donation for our annual Toy Drive. Bring your new\, unwrapped toy with you on the day of the tournament. \nRegister your team HERE. \n  \nThe tournament will have a double elimination tournament style. Brackets will be sent to the team captain once all teams have been registered and placed.
