Join us in celebration of Brian Faulkner’s life on May 21, 2022 at Five Points Washington. Brian was a dedicated husband and father who touched countless lives personally and professionally throughout central Illinois.   Brian spent the majority of his career with P.J. Hoerr, Inc. and managed many areas projects including Five Points Washington, Central Primary and Intermediate School, Crossroads United Methodist Church, HeartCare Midwest, Washington Community High School and multiple Uftring Auto Group dealerships.  Brian’s passion for his work was only exceeded by his love of his wife Julie and their three sons, Luke, Jake and Nicholas. We invite you to a day of music and friendship as we honor Brian, with proceeds to support his family and their future.
