Wake up and get moving with this 30 minute basic and chair exercise class. Feel like a mid-afternoon "pick-me-up"? Try it later in the day! Exercises include using body weight, resistance bands, and 1-5 lb hand weights. Each session will end with a series of stretches to keep you flexible. It's not about adding years to life, but adding life to years!

When is it?

Mon. Wed. Fri. – 10:30am-11:00am (senior room)

Tue. Thurs. - 3:00pm-3:30pm (Studio 1)

 

Who is it for?

This seated exercise class is for the seniors who want to be active but not exhausted. It is very important to perform weight bearing activities and reduce the risk of injury or falls.

 

What to bring?

    tennis shoes

    comfortable clothes

30 minutes of energy
