Growing Strong

What is it?

 Parents: Come to a group exercise class and bring your child! Kids need exercise too, so drop them off at the gym for a workout of their own. Participants will learn how to be active, stay strong, and have fun in a safe format. Coordination skills learned include: balance, spatial awareness, kinesthetic differentiation, rhythm, and reactivity.

 Kids: Want to have fun and get strong? Join me for the summer as we go through sports, games, obstacles and basic exercises. If you attend on a regular basis, you are guaranteed to see improvements in your fitness level!

 Who is it for?

 All children from age 5 to age 11 are welcome! No competition or prior skills needed.

 When is it?

 June 9th- August 15th. Classes will be held Monday –Friday during the following times:

 FREE to Family Memberships only!

 What to bring?

   Tennis shoes

  Comfortable clothes
