Our goals are to successfully integrate new members, help all members succeed in their health and fitness goals, and to create a sense of community and belonging. At Five Points we don’t just offer fitness memberships, we create relationships by providing the highest standards of professionalism and quality, as defined by our customers, through services, programs, and community relations.


Addiction is defined as being abnormally dependent on something that is physically habit-forming. This is how I feel about Group Fitness at Five Points Washington . It's Positively Addicting! Never in my life have I had so much fun EXERCISING! I always enjoy the music and the different releases to mix up the monotony of a workout. The instructors are extremely motivational and encouraging. They do a fabulous job of giving different levels and options while still being aware of form and technique. All the classes really can accommodate from a beginner to the most advanced individual. I have met so many new people too! From instructors to members, I have a little group fitness workout family that helps push me harder than if I was working out on my own!! I love the results I have achieved and how the shape of my body has changed. I feel like an infomercial; however, I got to say it! I believe I am in the best shape of my LIFE!
