Join the Peoria Area Civic Chorale on Sunday May 3 for a concert program featuring several of the most memorable songs from the tie-dye decade of the 1960s. Celebrate with all the Baby-Boomers as we feature the music from various 1960s stage and screen musicals, the rhythm and blues of Motown, songs from Lennon and McCartney, beautiful songs representing the folk music tradition, and some of the American Classics including What Now My Love, I Left My Heart in San Francisco, People, and the Shadow of Your Smile. Join us as we reminisce, rejoice, and commemorate songs of the sensational sixties. An additional 2:30 matinee performance of Celebrate!
